The Hotel Palisade in Sydney’s Millers Point is a storied building dating back to the late 19th century which a former stomping ground for dockyard workers and engineers working on Sydney Harbour. Rooftop bar and restaurant, the nine boutiques ‘sleepover’ rooms sit atop a traditional ale house command spectacular views of Sydney city, Barangaroo Reserve, and the harbor. JRZ was engaged to manage the internal facelift of the venue (originally designed by designer Sibella Court in early 2010) and maintain traces of its rich history. Project completed in 2020.
