The development is a mixed use development consists of 28 boutique apartments with spacious living above new retail offerings on street level. Convenience does not get any better as the retail and business hub in St Leonards is just at the doorstep of the project and the St Leonards and future Crows Nest Metro stations are a stone’s throw away. JRZ managed the project from acquisition to construction completion. The development application was submitted in 2015, construction commenced in 2016 and was completed in October 2018.
