The Dundas Valley duplex took inspiration from the popular and aspirational ‘Hampton’ style home embrace and enhance the much influence form of the traditional French provincial design to show case our client’s personal style. We took advantage of slopping site conditions to creates a grand, and inherently timeless look for this modern classic home.
JRZ team design new residences by employing the use of key French design elements such as formal gardens, grand driveways, arched window, Juliet balcony, roof details, and ornamental plasterwork. There is also symmetry to French inspired floor plans with formal areas at the front of the home creating a welcoming yet grand entrance.
JRZ has been engaged to provide architectural design services to manage the project from the get go. The design has now been approved for construction and our assisting the client for tender for head contractor moving forward.
