A highly efficient design approach maximises internal floor area on a narrow allotment, delivering light-filled, well-proportioned living spaces across both residences.
The façade combines white-washed brickwork, timber cladding, and refined dark metal detailing to create a contemporary yet contextually responsive street presence.
