JRZ managed the project from acquisition to construction completion. The project has inherited challenges from neighbours and unregistered in-ground services crossing major part at the rear of the site. To assist our distressed developer, JRZ project team pays close attention to details and maintains a strong communication with consultants, relevant authorities and local council to ensure all concerns are addressed in the most professional fashion whilst turn-key a high quality project that maximises its development potential. The CDC application was granted in late 2019, construction commenced in 2020 and was completed early 2021.
